Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting to generate leads and acquire new outsourcing clients for remote services as well as conducting cold calls.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers by effectively communicating the value of outsourcing.
- Identify and target companies that require outsourcing for remote services and understand their specific needs.
- Leverage your existing network within the outsourcing business sector to generate leads and referrals.
- Utilize your soft skills to communicate effectively and engage with clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Track and report on all sales activities and pipeline development.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align efforts and optimize lead generation strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Representative or similar sales role, ideally within the outsourcing industry.
- Strong cold-calling skills and a track record of generating leads independently.
- Excellent soft skills, including communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Deep understanding of the outsourcing landscape, including which companies typically require these services.
- Ability to articulate the value of outsourcing for remote services to potential clients effectively.
- C1 level proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
