Overview:
The Commercial Account Executive is responsible for managing a high volume of smaller customer accounts. This role focuses on renewals and expanding existing business within a transactional sales model. While primarily focused on renewals, the Commercial Account Executive will also handle some new business requests.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 70+ customer accounts
- Drive renewals and identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts.
- Respond to and manage new business requests within assigned accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or cold calling is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Motivation to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Understanding the analytics marketplace – Jaspersoft, traditional business intelligence vendors, and other analytics tools in particular – is desirable but not a must.
- Strong team-selling skills
- Outgoing personality, entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience in commercial open-source advantages
- Fluent in English required; Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Successful Commercial Account Executives may have the opportunity to advance into more senior sales roles within the organization.
Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance. NYC generally ranges; $86,179-$107,724 CA generally ranges; $89,926-$112,408 All other locations fall under our General State range; $74,939-$93,674 Benefits may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Cloud Software Group and the country where you work. U.S. based employees are typically offered access to healthcare, life insurance and disability benefits, 401(k) plan and company match, among others.
