Channel Business Development Representative, where the role will center on identifying, engaging, and signing up IT partners to grow our collaborative network. This is a remote position, and this individual will work closely with our Marketing and Channel Partner teams and report to the COO. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and Engage: Identify potential IT companies and service providers to join our partner program.
- Partner Recruitment: Make outbound calls, deliver compelling presentations, and effectively communicate the value of our partnership program.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong connections with partners, acting as a trusted advisor to help them leverage our services.
- Event Management: Prepare for and attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote our partnership program, network with potential partners, and enhance brand visibility.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, integration, and mutual success.
- Achieve Goals: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly partner acquisition targets.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities and strategies for partner development.
Requirements / Experience: Many incentives and opportunities for growth
- Excellent written and communication skills in English are a MUST!
- Average of three years with past employment.
- Proven experience as a Channel Business Development Representative or a similar sales role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to engage and build relationships with potential partners.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed new partner sign-ups targets consistently.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and remotely.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRM software, Google and marketing tools to manage leads and track progress.
- Familiarity with technology.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential prospects to introduce our products/services, understand their needs, and qualify leads.
- Build and maintain a strong channel pipeline by identifying and researching potential partner prospects, tracking their activities, and effectively following up.
- Develop and deliver presentations of our company and products to showcase the value of our partnership and products to potential Partners.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Channel teams to ensure seamless partner prospect transition.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
