- Execute outbound prospecting initiatives effectively to identify and engage potential clients.
- Expand the enterprise pipeline through strategic use of email, phone outreach, social media engagement, and collaboration with partners.
- Work closely with team members to create targeted prospect lists, develop call strategies, and craft compelling messaging to drive opportunities.
- Leverage business and industry expertise to research accounts, identify key decision-makers, generate interest, uncover compelling events, and develop relationships with target accounts.
- Proactively generate opportunities through outbound prospecting efforts.
- Follow up with prospects sourced from marketing campaigns, events, and other channels to nurture relationships and advance opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of daily prospecting activities in Microsoft Dynamics.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and deliver actionable insights to support decision-making and strategy refinement.
If you have...
- 2 years of B2B sales - preferably at an IT/Software development company.
- Experience with outbound pipeline building
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Microsoft Dynamics or any CRM
- Outbound tools: Outreach, Salesloft, Lemlist, or any similar tool.
- Cold calling tools: Nooks, Orum, or any similar tool.
- Skilled and comfortable on the phones
- Professional english as a language.
