About The Role
As an Account Executive, you'll be reporting directly to the CRO. We are looking for full stack AEs who can own the entire sales cycle for a mid-market SaaS product. You'll work closely with your colleagues on the sales team, operations, and marketing.
We are prioritizing high-energy AEs that can prospect, develop pipeline and turn leads into long term customers for Hatch. The ideal candidate is able to quickly understand Hatch's AI CSR product and how it fits into our customers' tech stack. They'll be able to draw on knowledge of industry trends and pain points to emphasize the value that Hatch's platform will deliver to companies undergoing significant changes in their contact center.
Primary Responsibilities
- Working daily in HubSpot CRM, Salesloft and being able to run Zoom calls
- Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs.
- Prospecting and booking demos with new prospects.
- Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
- Presenting and demonstrating the value of Hatch to prospective buyers.
- Compiling and analyzing data to find trends.
- Developing sales strategies and best practices.
- Staying current on company offerings and industry trends.
- Maintaining and updating Hubspot/Salesloft.
- Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
- Handling prospect concerns and negotiations.
- Hitting individual goals while being a solid team player. We are huge on a team mentality here at Hatch.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in sales experience
- 1-2 years of sales closing experience within a SaaS.
- Experience selling mid-market SaaS ($20-50,000 ACV)
- Knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
- The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
- Strong time management and prospecting skills
- Experience with HubSpot and Salesloft (or similar platforms).
