Account Executive, Mid Market to help drive growth by driving the sales process with prospective customers as well as the expansion of existing accounts.

What You’ll Do
- Revenue Growth: Own the end-to-end sales process for mid market accounts, consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Strategic Prospecting: Identify and engage potential customers within the DME/HME and broader healthcare sectors, focusing on high-value opportunities
- Consultative Selling: Build strong relationships with decision-makers, understanding their challenges and positioning NikoHealth as the ideal solution
- Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close complex deals, ensuring a seamless transition to implementation and customer success teams
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing and product teams to align on go-to-market strategies and provide customer insights to enhance offerings
- Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and uncover new opportunities
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of mid market SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of managing and closing multiple deals
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to influence and build trust at the executive level
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales analytics platforms
- A hunter mentality with a passion for identifying and closing new business opportunities
- Data-driven approach to decision-making and strategy
- Bachelor’s degree
Bonus Points - Experience selling SaaS solutions into the DME/HME or healthcare sectors

The Pay Range For This Role Is
100,000 - 120,000 USD per year(United States)
