The Role – Field Sales Executive
As a Field Sales Executive, you’ll play a critical role in hunting for new business and expanding key accounts. You’ll be in the field, meeting customers face-to-face, building lasting partnerships, and securing deals that fuel the company’s long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Identify and win new customers through proactive outreach, in-person meetings, and strategic networking.
✔ Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients to maximize opportunities and long-term partnerships.
✔ Create and execute sales strategies to break into new industries and markets.
✔ Act as the bridge between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and satisfaction.
✔ Travel across North America to meet clients, with occasional international travel as required.
✔ Deliver tailored proposals and close deals, ensuring a consultative and solutions-driven sales approach.
✔ Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular updates to leadership.
✔ Collaborate with internal and external sales teams to align strategies and drive revenue growth.
Who We’re Looking For:
✔ A hunter mentality – you thrive on winning new business and building high-value relationships.
✔ 2-5 years of field sales experience in electronics, contract manufacturing, medical appliances, or a similar industry.
✔ Proven success in driving new business and closing deals in a competitive market.
✔ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
✔ Self-motivated and results-driven, comfortable working independently.
✔ Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
✔ An Associate’s Degree (minimum); a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
