The Role
We're looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team at Presscart. Your primary focus will be on generating high-quality leads for our innovative PR platform. As an SDR, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, identifying and nurturing opportunities that will fuel our company's growth. Your role is crucial in building our sales pipeline, conducting initial outreach, and qualifying leads to set the stage for our account executives to close deals. You'll leverage various channels including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling to connect with potential clients and introduce them to the value of Presscart's services
Our ideal SDR must
- Minimum of 1 year of previous sales experience
- Posses strong conversational skills
- Demonstrate excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Have the ability to quickly understand and articulate Presscart's value proposition
- Have a proven track record in sales
- Show analytical research experience
- Be familiar with a CRM like Hubspot
- Demonstrate a strong drive to learn quickly and a commitment to achieve exceptional results with a focus on maximizing your earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients who could benefit from Presscart's PR services.
- Outreach Campaigns: Develop and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns, including email, phone, and social media.
- Prospect Qualification: Assess potential clients to determine their suitability and readiness for Presscart's services.
- Initial Consultations: Conduct introductory calls to understand prospect needs and explain how Presscart can address their PR challenges.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an active pipeline of leads and accurately track all interactions in our CRM system.
- Market Research: Stay informed about PR and marketing trends and target industries to identify new lead generation opportunities.
- Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and pipeline health.
Compensation
This is a commission-based position.
Our compensation structure is designed to reward both initial engagement and successful closures:
- $100 per booked meeting: You'll earn $100 for each qualified meeting you successfully schedule with a potential client.
- 5% commission on closed deals: When a deal you've initiated closes successfully, you'll receive a 5% commission on the total contract value.
This structure allows for immediate rewards for your prospecting efforts while also providing significant earning potential as you contribute to Presscart's growth
