We are currently seeking Wholesale Account Executives in all locations as Mega Capital Funding continues to grow with many available territories.
While we have been in business for over 25 years as a wholesale and non-delegated correspondent lender, we have grown over the last three years into a national lender. We continue to grow and expand our footprint in the US.
We are now focusing on growing our sales team in many areas and are looking for experienced Wholesale Account Executives with established relationships that we can help support.
In addition to a consistent competitive pricing business model, territories offer minimal to no broker overlap creating an opportunity for the originators to maintain their current customers, develop new ones, and offering modern technology, process, and service.
We have a competitive compensation plan consisting of a competitive commission, Medical, Dental, and 401k.
Responsibilities
Quickly migrate current Mortgage Broker and Correspondent customer bases.
Develop a pipeline of new loan submissions.
Master Loan Origination System (LOS), submission process and other requirements to ensure a smooth customer service.
Pipeline management to ensure strong loan pull through.
Work with internal partners to learn process, procedure, and guidelines.
Qualifications:
Wholesale mortgage lending experience, developing, supporting, and maintaining Mortgage Brokers and Correspondents.
Thorough product knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, and FHA, Jumbo and Non QM guidelines.
Competitor intelligence.
Autonomous and self-motivating.
Knowledge of customers within the territory, as well as the competitors within the area, and the ability to sell around the competition.
Computer skills to master wholesale online Loan Origination System (LOS), and ability to train customers and how to use Broker Portal.
Relationship building internally and externally, to learn process and procedure policies, with the ability to teach and educate these practices to customers.
Understanding of current industry compliance policies.
Excellent Communication Skills.
