Job Title: Account Executive – Southwest

About the Role:
As the Account Executive for the Southwest territory, you will play a pivotal role in our partnership with all different retailers, such as Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Sephora, Ulta and other luxury partners. This position blends team leadership with strategic partnership management, offering a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled professional.
Role Duties and Accountabilities:
- Act as primary day-to-day brand contact for designated stores
- Meet monthly/quarterly with strategic store leadership to review retail sales goals and growth plans
- Develop and frequently assess stores visit call cycle for self and direct reports, partnering with leadership to optimize territory coverage
- Educate train and develop employees at our retail partners, with focus on product knowledge and selling skills
- Plan and execute effective in-store events to drive sales and support marketing objectives
- Be a professional brand ambassador and role mode for the brand through training and events
- Utilize weekly selling reports to assess and evaluate each door’s productivity
- Develop strong partnerships with staff and store leadership both in store and level above
- Oversee AC/ SS calendars to ensure optimal call cycle coverage
- Responsibility to generate in-store retail sales and lead the team of Account Coordinators and Selling Specialists.
- Staffing and management of Account Coordinator (AC) and Selling Specialists (SS) within a given territory.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and / or comparable 3 years of retail sales / leadership experience
- Positive professional and enthusiastic
- Aptitude for product knowledge and brand messaging
- Self-motivated, with an ability to work independently and travel, as needed (40% of time).
- Multi-store visit calendar booking and management experience
- Experience working in open-sell environment
- Excellent oral and written and presentation skills, email and phone skills essential
- Experience with Microsoft Office Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel
- Energetic and passionate with an entrepreneurial flexible approach
- Ability to travel and drive
- Must have reliable transportation and current driver’s license
Pay range and compensation package - $75,000 - $90,000 per year with annual bonus potential.
