Position Summary:
Our go-to for getting projects done. An internal and external project liaison with top tier communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Client Management
• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and requests, issuing resolutions or escalating questions to the Account Manager as needed
• Manage weekly client status meetings including prep, hosting, and sharing debriefs
• Retrieve client assets to provide internal team with necessary resources
• Set up monthly in-person meetings with clients
• Prepare presentation decks for client meetings
Internal Management
• Manage cross-functional team to drive task completion for client projects
• Lead asset management and organization of files on company drive
• Host internal, team-wide creative reviews to critique collateral
• Schedule internal and external account-related meetings
• Aid planning team in strategy briefings to internal staff
• Co-lead weekly internal status with manager
Experience:
• Account Management: 2 years (Preferred)
Desired Qualities and Experience:
• Must be available to travel 1X/month
• Previous Advertising Agency experience a must
• Previous Account Management experience a must
• Exemplary communication skills
• Attention to detail
