Role Description
This is a full-time role located for a Sales Development Representative. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for lead generation, business development, and maintaining communication with potential clients. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, nurturing leads, and contributing to the growth of the company's client base.
You will:
Prospect & Generate Leads – Identify fleet operators who can benefit from our cutting-edge solutions.
Qualify & Educate Prospects – Assess needs, provide insights, and build strong relationships.
Manage the Sales Pipeline – Set appointments, track leads, and ensure smooth transitions to account executives.
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing – Align outreach efforts with campaigns and refine messaging based on customer feedback
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- 2+ years of experience in Sales and Business Development
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proven ability to build rapport with clients and prospects
- Previous experience in the technology or automotive industry is a plus
Must be comfortable with:
Up to 100 Cold Calls a day, 5 days a week
Setting up to 10 appointments a week
