Location: Remote - United States (located in Central Standard Time or Eastern Standard Time)

Join us as an Associate Sales Development Representative to build foundational experience in revenue, sales tech, and strategic prospecting. This is a unique role that blends GTM research, data enrichment, sales enablement, and system fluency—supporting the productivity of our global Enterprise SDR team.
What You’ll Achieve
As an Associate SDR, you will work closely with a pool of Enterprise SDRs to prepare leads and accounts for outreach. You will perform structured account research, build Account Hypotheses (AH), validate lead quality, and enrich records using tools like 6sense, Clay, LinkedIn, and Salesforce.
This role is a perfect entry point for candidates interested in pursuing future careers in sales, marketing, revenue operations, enablement, or sales engineering.
You Will
- Partner with Enterprise SDRs to identify and prepare qualified inbound (MQL) and outbound leads for prospecting.
- Conduct company-level research using tools like 6sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and company filings to build an Account Hypothesis.
- Use Clay, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn to identify the right personas and enrich lead/contact records.
- Assist in identifying triggers such as hiring patterns, buying signals, technology stack indicators, and intent data.
- Flag ICP-fit leads and ensure they are properly cleaned and prepared in Salesforce.
- Master Archer’s sales tech stack (Salesforce, Salesloft, 6sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay) and contribute to tool best practices.
- Support Enterprise SDR team productivity by improving outreach preparation and surfacing high-potential accounts.
Essential Requirements
- Passion for learning sales, go-to-market strategy, and SaaS business models
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a data-first mindset
- Comfortable using sales tools and CRM platforms (Salesforce, Excel/Sheets, etc.)
- Strong written communication skills, especially in research summaries
- Self-starter who thrives on solving problems and working cross-functionally
Desirable Requirements
- Experience in research, sales development, marketing ops, or CRM/data cleanup
- Exposure to tools like Salesloft, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or 6sense
- Familiarity with risk, compliance, or highly regulated industries is a plus
