On Target Earnings Year 1:
- $120,000-$140,000 (salary + uncapped commissions)

The Spice:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SMB outside/field sales, with experience in SaaS and Merchant Service sales being a significant plus. You excel in prospecting and closing deals, managing your territory effectively, and consistently exceeding performance metrics. If you are passionate about sales and making a tangible impact, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Pipeline Building: Conduct a high level of prospecting activity within your assigned territory to identify and qualify new business opportunities. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth.
- Sales Process Execution: Execute the full sales process on qualified prospects, including prospecting, discovery calls, live demos, and closing deals. Tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of prospective customers.
- Territory Management: Manage and grow your assigned territory within the district, ensuring maximum coverage and penetration of the market.
- Performance Metrics: Exceed performance metrics, including the number of new locations acquired and other key performance indicators.
Basic Requirements:
- 2+ years of SMB outside/field sales experience in a sourcing and/or closing role
- Assertive communicator with the ability to effectively convey value propositions.
- Genuine and authentic in building trust with clients.
- Proven closer with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Highly motivated and hungry for success.
- High energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
We’re also looking for:
- Experience with POS/restaurant tech or merchant services sales is a plus
- Deep operational knowledge of restaurants is preferred.
This is a field sales opportunity. You must live local to the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area.
*On Target Earnings encompasses base salary plus variable. The starting salary will be determined based on a number of factors, including experience level, skillset, and qualifications for the role.
