We’re on the hunt for our Founding Account Executive: someone hungry to win, obsessed with crushing quotas, and ready to shape the GTM engine from the ground up. You’ll be selling directly to sales, revenue, and enablement leaders, people who speak your language and feel your pain. Sound like you? Read on.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the full sales cycle: from outbound prospecting to demoing, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Be the voice of the customer—you’ll influence product roadmap and messaging with direct market feedback.
- Build repeatable processes that scale (and break the ones that don’t).
- Collaborate closely with the founding team on strategy, positioning, and go-to-market motion.
- Champion AI-driven sales efficiency and evangelize our product with passion.
Who You Are:
- 3+ years in a full-cycle sales role with a track record of exceeding quota.
- You've sold into sales/revenue/enablement teams, you understand their KPIs, pain points, and how they buy.
- You’re a heavy user of AI tools (yes, you automate your own prospecting, calendar workflows, and maybe even write a few cold emails with GPT).
- You believe AI isn’t replacing sales, it’s supercharging it. You’ve seen it in action and you're ready to spread the gospel.
- You thrive in ambiguity, love testing new ideas, and get fired up by greenfield opportunities.
- Competitiveness is in your DNA, and you win with integrity, creativity, and grit.
