About the Position
You will:
- Connect, engage, and provide value to Homeowners that are our potential Customers.
- Act in a Consultative Selling capacity by walking your Customer through a residential
financial real estate transaction. - Partner with underwriting to craft a transaction structure that complies with EasyKnock yield and compliance guidelines, but meets the needs of the customer for liquidity and future rent payments.
- Be the brand ambassador and touch point for EasyKnock products and services.
- Hold yourself accountable to meet and exceed your targeted performance metrics.
- Function well in a fast-paced start-up technology work environment.
Requirements
- Guide Homeowners Through Sales Funnel: Understand and address homeowner needs throughout the entire sales funnel, from initial inquiry to closing. Act in a Consultative Selling capacity by walking your Customer through a residential financial real estate transaction.
- Qualify Leads and Convert Sales: Effectively qualify inbound leads, educate homeowners about product offerings, address objections, and close deals via phone, email, and SMS.
- Lead Assessment: Evaluate homeowner financial health to determine eligibility and partner with underwriting to craft a transaction structure that complies with EasyKnock yield and compliance guidelines, but meets the needs of the customer for liquidity and future rent payments.
- Pipeline Management and Communication: Maintain a well-organized pipeline, update CRM lead statuses promptly, and document key interactions with homeowners while holding yourself accountable to meet your targeted performance metrics.
- Teamwork and Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to a positive team environment by assisting with training and mentoring newer team members.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collaborate in generating sales reports and analyze metrics to identify best practices and areas for improvement.
- Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques through ongoing learning and professional development.
Daily Activities:
- Lead Management: Claim inbound leads, follow up with homeowners according to established communication cadences, and manage outreach efforts.
- Customer Communication: Respond promptly to homeowner messages, address inquiries, and schedule calls effectively.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate lead statuses, communication logs, and notes within the CRM system to keep records organized.
- Proposal Development: Prepare initial offer sheets and comprehensive proposals according to deadlines.
- Sales Meetings: Conduct introductory calls, present proposals, and close deals with homeowners.
- Pipeline Review and Planning: Regularly review the sales pipeline, prioritize next steps for each lead, and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Contribute to sales reports by providing accurate data and participating in performance reviews.
- Professional Development: Continuously learn and improve sales skills by attending training sessions, participating in knowledge-sharing activities, and staying current with industry trends.
- Collaboration: Participate in team meetings, share customer insights, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve the sales process and suggest recommendations for streamlining workflows or enhancing communication strategies.
Skills & Qualifications:

- Customer Focus and Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build trust and rapport with homeowners, clearly explain complex financial concepts, and actively listen to customer needs.
- Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales methodologies, effective objection handling, and the ability to negotiate win-win deals for both homeowners and the company.
- Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze financial data, assess eligibility, and creatively solve problems to deliver optimal solutions for homeowners.
- Organization and Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills to manage a dynamic pipeline, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software, lead management tools, and other relevant sales technologies.
- Available to work evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Understanding of residential real estate and financial transactions and 2+ years of sales experience is preferred.

- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience and geographic location. Range: $40,000 to $60,000
