Position Summary
We’re searching for a
Sales Development Representative motivated to work alongside our CEO to foster strong connections with prospective clients in a sales role that values relationships and building trust over high-pressure sales tactics.

Responsibilities
Here’s how your persuasive sales and marketing ideas will impact our success:
- Create and maintain a robust sales and marketing system to accelerate our organic sales cycle and drive revenue growth.
- Foster cold and warm leads, building trust with prospective clients through authentic follow-up and effective communication of TechTape's value proposition.
- Develop and execute consistent social media marketing campaigns to establish TechTape as an industry-leading revenue management and technology service firm.
- Travel to industry conferences periodically to collaborate with team members, expand our presence, and generate more potential leads.
- Provide weekly progress reports to the executive team, ensuring clarity and alignment with company goals.
- Conduct demos as opportunities for in-depth discussions and explanations, addressing client needs and questions with expertise and empathy.
- Identify potential growth opportunities and continuously refine sales and marketing strategies to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
Required skills:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales
- Ability to work independently toward an established common goal
- Ability to travel periodically to industry events/conferences
- An understanding of digital marketing and social media campaigns. Willing to collaborate with the CEO on creative ideas to amplify our message.
- Self-starter with strong follow-through
- A creative, people person who enjoys building professional relationships
Compensation & Benefits
Annual On track earning of (OTE) $70,000 - 100,000, including base Salary + Commissions
