The Opportunity
We are looking for a results-driven
Mid-Market Account Executive to join our client's expanding sales team. This role provides a unique opportunity to be part of a hyper-growth YC-backed startup with significant comp package and career growth potential. This position is ideal for a driven sales professional looking to make an impact in the healthcare tech industry.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full sales cycle (from prospecting to closing) in the Mid-Market segment
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue and new logos targets
- Develop a strong pipeline through a consultative sales approach and strategic outreach to assigned accounts
- Educate prospects on improving their patient billing processes using the client's platform
What You Bring
- At least 3 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience (from prospecting to closing)
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets in a sales-led org
- Strong background in closing 35K-300K ACV deals with 2-6 months sales cycle in the Mid-Market segment
- Ideally, sales background in healthcare, ERP, financial management software, or risk management solutions
- Experience working within an assigned list of accounts
- Experience selling to non-technical buyers such as COO, CFO, CEO
- Consultative sales approach
- Proficiency in sales tools (Salesforce, SalesLoft, Outreach, Groove, SalesNav, etc.)
- Ability to work from the office in San Francisco, CA, 4 days a week (at least for the first 6-9 months)
