Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, with a proven track record of selling offshore services to enterprise clients. Experience in data and digital transformation sales will be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.New Business Development
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiation: Lead negotiations to close deals and secure long-term contracts.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
• Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 8-10+ years of IT sales experience, preferably in selling offshore services to enterprise clients.
• Skills: Strong understanding of data and digital transformation solutions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Negotiation: Proven negotiation and closing skills.
• Analytical: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Preferred Skills:
