We are seeking ambitious Senior Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our dynamic team at Simform. As an Account Executive, you'll generate new business opportunities, work closely with our Sales/Presales/Leadership team, and help convert prospects into customers. Responsibilities
- Run effective prospecting cycles alongside an inside sales team to develop relationships and opportunity pipelines.
- Leverage and mine your network to hunt for the opportunity
- Create a campaign/channel outreach plan, team structure and execute it to develop the pipeline
- Strengthen relationships with new accounts and existing accounts with the goal of expanding accounts
- Be updated about cloud, data, AI technologies, and its use cases within target ICPs and apply consultative and empathetic sales methods to drive better results
- Consistently monitors the team's sales activity and tracks the results
- Leverage consulting sales experience to influence client strategies and create solutions
- Attend events and meetups for business development activities
- Organize sales activities and information for reporting and sales engagement automation
Requirements
- Inherent sales and relationship-building qualities
- Excellent presentation skills
- A proven track record of selling tech services to enterprises and high-tech domains
- Ability to work independently and with the team to maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling technology and related products/services
- Strong business acumen and understanding of industry-specific business drivers.
Working Hours/Location
- Flexible Remote - SF Bay, Dallas, NJ-NY, Chicago
Pay
- Base/OTE - $120k/$30k to $200/$80k
- Revenue-based incentives with monthly payout
