This position is an integral link between clients, carriers and our agency partners; responsible for the day-to-day handling of a current book of business as well as associated renewals.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Assists Brokers with running their respective books of business including new & renewal accounts
- Handles day-to-day client and carrier questions as well as other needs associated with a book of business
- Handles binders, reviews inspections, and other operational support functions
- Manages the renewal book and handles quoting of renewals including remarketing to other carriers as necessary
- Maintains client and insured information within the XS Brokers management system
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of account management and commercial lines experience is preferred
- High School Diploma is required, bachelor’s degree is preferred
