Seeking Enterprise Account Executives in the Boston area.
Role: Enterprise Account Executive
Location: Boston, MA (Remote)
Salary: Competitive Salary + 6-month draw + strong equity, and aggressive kickers

Profile/Requirements:
- Must come from a vector, database, or search background.
- Successful track record closing enterprise deals for a minimum of 2+ years.
- Understands how to sell a SaaS solution or understand the Databricks model of selling.
- Have a track record of selling $100k + deals and go after startup segments.
- Be able to get technical and sell to CIO’s and CTO’s.
- Open-source experience is a bonus.
- Highly coachable- the way you win now will not be the same in 12 months.
- High EQ and Humility levels - Culture is incredibly important and is the reason for success.
- Self-starter mindset and truly ambitious.
