About The Role
Our sales teams work directly with notable brands and entrepreneurs to develop their product and customer service strategies — whether that is starting or expanding their e-commerce or brick & mortar operations.
We’re looking for highly motivated sales professionals to join our team as an Account Executive on one of our Sales Acquisition teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a rewarding career with a company that values growth and provides continuous opportunities for advancement.
You’ll be tasked with creating and executing creative account strategies to generate new business opportunities for VOC.AI. To succeed in this role, candidates must be able to source their own sales opportunities and navigate large organizations with multiple stakeholders for the duration of the entire sales cycle. Leveraging your depth of selling experience, you’ll also have the opportunity to influence company’s broader Revenue organization (i.e. mentorship, methodologies, strategy) as we experiment and explore new ways to reach more merchants. You’ll strengthen the value of partnerships internally and harness those partnerships to transform the business of our merchants.
Minimum Qualifications
- You are a demonstrated hunter and strategic customer leader
- You are comfortable with a dynamic environment and new product launches
- You have experience closing 3-5 deals a month with an average annually deal size of $10K-$50K
- You are an “A-Player”, with a thirst for action and appetite for massive earnings in a fast- paced environment
- You have a proven track record of establishing trust and credibility at target companies, using influence and connections, a proven software sales methodology, and a keen understanding of your innovative solution
- You are excited to and able to travel 50% of the time
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong written and verbal communications
- 5+ years of quota-carrying experience in a complex technology solution-selling environment
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quota
- SaaS selling experience
- Previous Sales Methodology training, SaaS Performance Management or Applications experience
- Experience managing the sales cycle from business champion to the C-level
- Excellent presentation and poise
- Strong computer skills, including Salesforce.com, Lucidchart, Google Suite, Mode, Slack, Zoom and more
- Extensive network, industry knowledge, and advanced research techniques to generate high-quality leads
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in Zendesk or Intercom.
- Experience working in New Business Sales.
- Experience in a closing B2B SaaS sales role
- Experience selling or in-depth knowledge of one or more of the following industries: Ecommerce, Retail, Consumer brands
Mid market sales: $60K base + $70K bonus (subject to hitting $400K quota) . So 3x Quota to OTE (on target earning) ratio
