Position Overview
This position is needed to help grow and develop our sales pipeline. The Sales Development team is a strategic component of our go-to-market strategy. This includes hunting for leads, mapping enterprise accounts, and building demand for Arturo’s full suite of solutions. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop advanced technology sales skills and an opportunity to advance their careers.

What You’ll Do
- Hunt for leads, map enterprise accounts, and build demand for Arturo’s full suite of solutions
- Achieve and exceed your monthly goal for generating new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline.
- Become a master of Hubspot, Zoominfo, LinkedIn and various other systems to achieve success with outbound prospecting and follow-up
- Research accounts to determine how and where Arturo’s products and solutions can provide value and then execute on making outbound dials, sending personalized emails, and leveraging social selling to schedule appointments for Account Executives.
- Work in partnership with our Account Executive team to create account strategies, territory plans, and successfully create new business opportunities.
Requirements
What You Bring
- Full fluency (speak, read, and write) in English
- Growth-oriented and are in it for the long haul
- At least 1 year experience in an SDR/BDR role, preferably in a SaaS environment
- You’re goal-oriented and biased to action
- High level of interest in the AI and property analytics space
- Are excited to go above and beyond to delight your prospects (creative, strategic outreach including hyper-personalized emails, calls, and videos!)
- Lean into change rather than shy away from it
- Look forward to variety in a normal workday
- You have navigated challenges and overcome obstacles
Nice-to-haves
- Insurtech (Property & Casualty) or other related property tech experience

Compensation and Benefits
Actual salary will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, without limitation, location, experience and performance. Other compensation includes stock options. In addition, Arturo provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health, medical, dental and vision insurance coverage (82% employer contribution), life and disability insurance, 401k with match, paid holidays, paid sick leave and flexible time off.
