ABOUT THE ROLE:
The National Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue by building relationships with key agency and brand clients. You will focus on selling our media assets to top agencies and national clients, helping them maximize the value of our unique OOH offerings. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in national OOH sales, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and developing long-term client relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and grow a pipeline of national agency and brand accounts, focusing on long-term partnerships and recurring revenue.
- Identify and prospect key decision-makers at agencies and brands to introduce Ballyhoo Media’s offerings.
- Develop customized media proposals and presentations that align with client objectives, using your deep knowledge of the OOH landscape.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to establish and exceed revenue targets, implementing strategies to drive growth.
- Oversee the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and campaign implementation, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams (Client Success, Operations, and Marketing) to ensure flawless execution and high client satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, agency landscape shifts, and industry best practices to position Ballyhoo Media as a leader in the space.
- Represent Ballyhoo Media at industry events and conferences to build networks and identify business opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in OOH advertising, with a focus on agency and brand-direct sales.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at national agencies and brands.
- A proven history of achieving or surpassing sales targets and nurturing client accounts.
- Strong understanding of the OOH landscape, including static and digital formats.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience using CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) to track sales activities and manage pipelines.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
