Role Description:
The Sales Development Representative will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by scheduling high-quality appointments with our paid and organic lead sources. This role requires exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach to building relationships with prospective clients. You will be on the front lines of helping scaling businesses learn and acquire the skills they need to grow and thrive.
Key Responsibilities/Objectives:
- Proactively contact and qualify potential clients to schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring alignment with our ideal customer profile and appointment standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outbound customer contacts and touchpoints in the CRM (HighLevel).
- Constantly improve and refine the sales outreach process to optimize time and effort with the help of the sales leadership and high ticket closing team.

Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, appointment setting, or lead generation.
- Knowledge of paid advertising or lead sales processes.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems.
- Demonstrated success in setting up high-value, high-ticket sales.
Compensation
This position is going to be a production based position. For the first 90 days, you will receive $1,800 per month plus 2.5% of all revenue collected from sales resulting from appointments set by this position. After ninety days, this position will pay only commission at a rate of 5%.
