Responsibilities
- Actively engage potential clients through outbound prospecting (phone, email, sms, social), effectively communicating Publishing.com's offerings and tailoring them to meet the unique needs of each prospect.
- Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, sms, and social.
- Build strong, professional relationships with prospects, serving as a trusted advocate for their success
- Qualify leads to identify high-value opportunities and seamlessly transition them to the next stage of the sales process
- Maintain an accurate and organized pipeline in Hubspot, documenting every interaction and insight for full transparency
- Proactively follow up with leads to nurture interest and address questions or concerns
- Embody Publishing.com's core values with prospects and the internal team
- Collaborate proactively with other sales teams and the sales operations team to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement
Results
- Consistently generate 80+ new qualified leads per week
- Maintain 100% accuracy in Hubspot entries, ensuring all interactions and prospect details are logged daily
- Complete follow-ups with 100% of leads within 24 hrs of initial contact
- Maintain a minimum conversion rate of 20%
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a business development role within the remote high ticket space with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets while balancing compliance effectively
- Embodiment of responsibility - you don't need to ask for approval and you own your mistakes and learn from them
- A self-starter with a coachable mindset, eager to learn and adapt to new challenges and do whatever it takes to succeed
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for building rapport quickly and effectively
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, Hubspot preferred, and other sales tools
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about connecting with others and helping them achieve their goals
Expected Compensation
OTE $50,000 - $100,000 USD Annually
