Experience: Over 7 years of experience in software company sales and business development.
Location: Must be based in Texas, USA.
Salesforce BD: Experience in Salesforce Business Development is an added advantage.
Track Record: Proven record of building and managing a client base in previous roles.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Goal-Oriented: Ability to set and achieve sales targets consistently.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify New Business Opportunities:
Proactively research and identify new business opportunities in the software industry.
Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and acquire new clients.
2. Develop Strategic Sales Plans:
Create and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales approaches.
3. Build and Manage Sales Pipeline:
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of software projects in Java Full Stack, React, Angular, and Node.js technologies.
Utilize CRM tools to track and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
4. Client Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements.
5. Lead Cross-Functional Teams:
Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, developers, and marketing, to ensure successful project delivery.
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and client satisfaction.
6. Achieve Sales Targets:
Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.
7. Market Analysis:
