Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Account Executive to join our sales team in a full-time, fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Web3, experience in consultative selling, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from qualifying leads to closing deals, and for maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their long-term success.
Compensation
$55,000–$105,000 per year (combination of base salary and performance-based bonuses).
Key Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Management: Own and manage a robust deal pipeline of inbound prospects from initial contact through to close.
- Consultative Selling: Use a consultative sales approach to deeply understand client needs and tailor Coinbound’s Web3 marketing services to solve their challenges.
- Lead Generation: Identify and engage new business opportunities, including outbound efforts to build relationships with potential clients.
- Sales Process Ownership: Manage the full sales cycle, including discovery, negotiation, and closing.
- Client Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their goals are aligned with our strategies and services.
- Create and send proposals to clients
- Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., delivery, strategy, and operations) to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
- CRM Management: Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene by regularly updating deal statuses, tracking activities, and forecasting sales.
- Performance Goals: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of sales or account management experience, preferably in the Web3, crypto, or digital marketing industries.
- Crypto Expertise: A solid understanding of the Web3 and crypto landscape is essential—you should be familiar with the terminology, culture, and trends in the space.
- Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze client needs and create tailored solutions.
- Tools Proficiency: Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and maintaining strong CRM hygiene.
- Autonomy: Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with relevant experience.
