Position Summary
As a B2B Business Development Representative, you will be pivotal in driving the growth of Ayur by identifying, engaging, and onboarding healthcare organizations, wellness providers, and corporate partners. Your role will focus on building relationships, understanding client needs, and presenting how Ayur’s innovative solutions can enhance their wellness programs, optimize benefits utilization, and deliver measurable outcomes.
This role requires a self-motivated, strategic thinker with a passion for health and wellness innovation. As a key driver of Ayur’s growth, you will collaborate closely with the Chief Growth Officer to turn prospects into long-term partners.
This commission-only, part-time role offers high earning potential and the flexibility to grow with the company. Successful representatives may transition into full-time roles with a salary and commission as the business scales.
Core Responsibilities
1. Business Development and Market Expansion
- Target Market Identification: Research and identify healthcare organizations, corporate wellness providers, and other potential clients aligned with Ayur’s solutions.
- Strategic Outreach: Develop and execute tailored outreach strategies, leveraging direct contact, email campaigns, and professional networks to engage potential partners.
- Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify decision-makers, assess organizational needs, and qualify leads to ensure alignment with Ayur’s offerings.
- Partnership Opportunities: Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities to expand Ayur’s market reach.
2. Client Engagement and Relationship Building
- Consultative Approach: Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects’ challenges and goals, aligning Ayur’s solutions with their specific needs.
- Tailored Presentations: Develop and deliver customized presentations to highlight Ayur’s capabilities and demonstrate value to potential clients.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects using CRM tools, ensuring consistent follow-ups and tracking engagement to drive conversions.
3. Collaboration and Handoff
- Collaborate with the leadership team to schedule product demonstrations and finalize proposals.
