Your primary responsibilities will include cold calling, email outreach, and engaging with prospects through social media.
Scope Of Work And Key Responsibilities
- Lead Engagement: Conduct outbound and inbound outreach via email, cold calls, and social media to identify and connect with potential customers.
- Pipeline Building: Map potential customers, initiate meaningful conversations, and secure qualified meetings for the pipeline management team.
- Value-Driven Conversations: Engage decision-makers with impactful discussions to spark interest in our client’s solutions and services.
Deliverables
- Achieve daily and weekly activity targets for outreach efforts.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule a consistent number of meetings for the client’s pipeline management team.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Provide regular updates and reports on outreach performance and progress.
What You Bring To The Table
- Experience: 1-2 years in sales development, business development, or account management roles, preferably with exposure to US/UK markets.
- Results-Driven: A track record of exceeding targets and thriving in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
- Adaptability: Quick to learn and implement emerging sales strategies and technologies.
- Curiosity and Growth Mindset: A passion for learning, self-improvement, and continuous development.

- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal abilities to build and sustain relationships with prospects and colleagues.
- Tech Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot is highly preferred.

- Fibre internet connection (60–100 Mbps minimum).
- Ethernet cable for stable connectivity.
