We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. 💪

Your primary responsibilities will include cold calling, email outreach, and engaging with prospects through social media.

Scope of Work and Key Responsibilities

Lead Engagement: Conduct outbound and inbound outreach via email, cold calls, and social media to identify and connect with potential customers.
Pipeline Building: Map potential customers, initiate meaningful conversations, and secure qualified meetings for the pipeline management team.
Value-Driven Conversations: Engage decision-makers with impactful discussions to spark interest in our client’s solutions and services.

Deliverables

Achieve daily and weekly activity targets for outreach efforts.
Generate qualified leads and schedule a consistent number of meetings for the client’s pipeline management team.
Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Provide regular updates and reports on outreach performance and progress.

What You Bring to the Table

Experience: 1-2 years in sales development, business development, or account management roles, preferably with exposure to US/UK markets.
Results-Driven: A track record of exceeding targets and thriving in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
Adaptability: Quick to learn and implement emerging sales strategies and technologies.
Curiosity and Growth Mindset: A passion for learning, self-improvement, and continuous development.
Coachability: Openness to feedback and a strong work ethic to evolve and succeed.
Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal abilities to build and sustain relationships with prospects and colleagues.
Tech Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot is highly preferred.

Tech Requirements 🛠️

Apple or PC: 8GB+ DDR4 Memory, i5 Intel Processor (or higher), 256GB+ Hard Drive.
Graphics: Intel Iris or comparable.
Devices: Apple MacBook Air, Microsoft Surface Laptop Go, or similar.

Connectivity Requirements:

Fibre internet connection (60–100 Mbps minimum).
Ethernet cable for stable connectivity.
Backup power solution (UPS or inverter).
