We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Account Executive to drive new business growth by identifying, engaging, and closing deals with B2B behavioral health providers, sober living operators, and recovery service organizations. The ideal candidate is passionate about making a difference, thrives in a consultative sales environment, and has a strong understanding of the SaaS sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and Qualify Leads: Identify and engage new business opportunities through cold outreach, inbound lead follow-up, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct Discovery & Demos: Understand customer pain points, demonstrate product value, and tailor presentations to align with organizational needs.
- Manage Sales Pipeline: Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to close, using a CRM (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce) to track activity, forecast deals, and maintain accurate records.
- Negotiate Contracts: Work with decision-makers to structure proposals and close agreements that drive long-term success for both One Step and our clients.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with customer success, product, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to onboarding and to inform product development.
- Meet/Exceed Quotas: Consistently hit monthly and quarterly sales targets in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in a consultative or solution-selling role
- Strong understanding of the behavioral health or healthcare technology market is a major plus
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRMs and virtual meeting tools
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment
- Passion for behavioral health, addiction recovery, or social impact work is strongly preferred
