Our client, an industry leader in business solutions, is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join their team. This individual will play a key role in managing existing high-value accounts while identifying and closing new business opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage and grow key accounts through regular engagement, solution selling, and proactive service.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective clients.
- Provide strategic insight to help clients solve operational challenges.
- Serve as the main point of contact for your accounts, delivering high-touch customer support and resolving issues as they arise.
- Track performance and maintain forecasting/reporting through CRM systems.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of sales/account management experience (B2B, manufacturing, or labeling/packaging industry preferred).
- Experience selling to c-suite
- BA/BS in Business or related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
