Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Employee Outplacement Services
We're seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a growing team that helps businesses provide outplacement services to employees undergoing job transitions. You'll work with a list of warm leads, initiating outreach and setting up conversations between prospects and senior sales consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact warm leads via phone and email to set meetings
- Track all activities and manage your pipeline using CRM tools
- Partner with account executives for effective lead handoff
- Follow up consistently to maximize conversion rates
- Provide feedback to improve outreach strategies
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ years of experience in sales development or appointment setting
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
