A global operator in the Logistics and Warehouse Management Software Sector, this large, enterprise business has an additional requirement for an Account Executive within their software division, focusing on the Distribution, Logistics and Supply Chain sector
Remote based either East Coast or Central Region, this role involves travel to client sites - located close to a major airport is a requirement
This is a new business acquisition role, and requires a background in sales for Distribution, Logistics and Supply Chain Solutions - preferably Software related - with experience related to Construction, Automotive, Electronics, Plumbing & HVAC, Retail or other customers with large scale Distribution Centers

Role -
- Drive revenue growth of Software solutions into the Supply Chain sector
- Develop and execute new business campaign plans alongside Sales Development and Marketing team colleagues
- Lead the sales process, from customer identification, approach and through needs evaluation, solution qualification and deal management, including proposal delivery
- Maintain clean and accurate data including prospect, pipeline and funnel, along with customer management, retention, development, up sell and cross sell
- Support Product and Marketing teams with customer feedback
- Represent the company during face to face customer onsite visits, conferences and exhibitions, and in person presentations
Requirements -
- 5+ years experience of sales relating to Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution or WMS solutions
- Software Sales experience highly favored
- Demonstrable deep level familiarity with Software solutions is required
- Working experience of business process functions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations, etc)
- Able to travel up to 30% of the time
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to demonstrate software solutions to executive leadership
- Outstanding organizational skills, highly accountable and self motivated, detail oriented, competitive but team focused, confident but humble and keen to learn, detail oriented and possessing high personal integrity
- Proven ability to operate independently and autonomously, while maintaining a constant communication line with colleagues and leadership, is responsive to feedback and guidance, and committed to continuous personal and professional improvement.
