Sales Development Representative
Location: remote in any major US city (preference for Bay Area, CA)

The Role
you will be responsible for generating and qualifying early-stage sales opportunities with key stakeholders in biotech and life sciences. You’ll educate prospects about the novel precision genomic technology and unique benefits—like ultra-high dynamic range, low coefficient of variation (≈1%), and rapid multiplex assay development.
This role provides an excellent platform for contributing to scientific innovation while developing a strong sales career, and a chance to collaborate with Marketing and Product teams on messaging, content, and event outreach!
You'll report directly to the Chief Business Officer, in a highly visible and empowered role within the sales team, and not to mention competitive compensation and generous 'skin in the game' stock options!
The Skills You’ll Possess
- A degree in biology, molecular biology, genetics, or a related life sciences field.
- At least 1-3+ years of inside sales/SDR/BDR experience focused on driving qualified leads and new business - experience with genomic instrumentation & consumables preferred.
- Comfort using SFDC or a similar CRM.
- A proven track record developing leads in biotech/biopharma, academia and diagnostic accounts.
- A remote base in any major US city - strong preference for the Bay Area CA due to HQ proximity.
