About KODIF
KODIF is a customer support automation platform powered by generative AI and Low-code. At KODIF, we work with customer support teams to drive efficiencies across the entire lifecycle of a customer interaction. We do this through our hybrid generative AI / rule-based chatbot, intent classification and routing, end-to-end ticket automation and agent co-pilot solutions. We are continuing to build out our go-to-market team after a successful H1.
About the role
At KODIF, you’ll join a nimble team that moves fast. You’ll be part of our founding go-to-market team reporting to our VP of Sales.
- Identify and engage with prospects across a wide channel mix - LinkedIn, email and phone primarily - with the goal of booking meetings for our Account Executive team.
- Support our outbound strategy through developing creative top-of-funnel sales plays.
- Explore and test technology solutions that will allow us to move with speed and support hyper-personalized outreach.
- Collaborate closely with our marketing team.
- Educate executives that have expressed an interest in learning more about generative AI for their customer support function.
- Act as a brand advocate and successfully explain KODIF value drivers.
- Handle objections from prospects.
- Build relationships with executives, customers and customer service advocates to gain referrals.
- Achieve monthly quotas of sales qualified opportunities.
- Create target account and contact lists.
We’re looking for someone excited about joining a fast-paced startup that is positive, driven and curious. You’ll be given a playbook, but we encourage this person to break things and try things we’ve never tried before. This role will require working independently for most of the day. We’re open to candidates with prior experience in the BDR role, those making a career change or those who are early-career looking for their first role. Above all, we’re looking for someone with a relentless drive and curiosity that wants to grow their career in sales at a startup while making an impact.
What You Bring
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to write hyper-personalized emails
- Ability to understand and articulate technical products
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excited about testing out sales technology and building our outbound tech stack
- Experience with Hubspot, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Nav - a plus, but not required
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in prior, similar roles - a plus, but not required
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced culture
- A relentless passion and sense of curiosity about KODIF users and a drive to provide them with an exceptional experience at every touch
