We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team!
The Business Development Representative is responsible for seeking new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. This role will develop leads from marketing campaigns, assist in meeting sales quotas, cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact through closing the deal, along with ensuring proper after-sales service. The primary focus of this position will consist of heavy phone work of at least 60% of the time on the phone. This is a fully remote position located in the U.S.
Requirements for qualified candidates include:
· Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education or equivalent.
· 3+ years of related business development representative or customer service experience
· Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls
· Track record of achieving sales quotas
· Experience with CRM software (e.g. Hubspot)
· Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
· Understanding of sales performance metrics
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Ability to deliver engaging presentations
