The Role
Embark on an exciting journey with EverChain as our Account Executive, collaborating closely with our Chief Revenue Officer.

What You’ll Do
As an Account Executive, you will be a part of a fast-paced upmarket sales team focused on sourcing net-new customers and generating revenue in the Growth and Mid-Market segment.
This team is tasked with hunting exciting, growing, new clients for EverChain and communicating the value of our industry to leading financial organizations. If you enjoy working in a creative, competitive environment while helping customers accelerate their growth, this role is for you!
Responsibilities
- Deal Cycle Management: Proactively identify and target potential customers while managing a high volume of sales deal cycles simultaneously including prospecting, discovery, demo, and closing
- Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads and opportunities
- Value Selling: Articulate the unique value proposition of EverChain’s products and services, aligning solutions with customer needs, and solving complex business challenges
- Problem Solving: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, addressing their pain points and delivering innovative solutions that drive business growth and value
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales Development, Product, Onboarding and Pre-Sales, to ensure a seamless customer experience
Who You Are
- 5+ years of years of consultative sales experience within sales at a high growth company ideally within receivables management, finance, banking, and FinTech
- Shown success selling into senior level stakeholders
- History of overachieving sales quota & targets, including multiple six to nine-figure annual transactions
- Demonstrated network of established relationships within the finance industry
- Ability to independently develop a pipeline and meet quarterly quotas
- Takes an intrapreneurial approach to uncover new opportunities
- Self- motivated and able to thrive in a result and mission driven environment
- Excellent organizational, commercial and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with commonly used CRM solutions

Annual base pay range
$100,000 - $150,000 + uncapped trailing commissions
