Currently, we are seeking an SDR for one of our portfolio SaaS products.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This is a commission-only position with a small retainer, ideal for individuals eager to grow their career in sales and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. As an SDR, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to conducting demo meetings and closing deals. This role focuses on value-based and consultative selling in the B2B SaaS market.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers within target markets, focusing on businesses that can benefit from cloudgov.ai’s solutions.
Prospecting: Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, and social media to generate interest and set up meetings with prospective clients.
Qualification: Nurture and qualify both inbound and outbound leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and readiness to purchase.
Demo Meetings: Conduct engaging and informative demo meetings to showcase the value and benefits of cloudgov.ai’s solutions.
Sales Cycle Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact through to deal closure.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system, tracking all interactions and progress with leads.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, strategies, and lead generation processes.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge to effectively communicate the value of cloudgov.ai.
Requirements:
Experience: At least 2 years of relevant work experience in sales, preferably in B2B SaaS, technology, digital marketing, or personal and professional development.
Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable spending a lot of time on the phone and computer; must have access to your own computer.
Performance-Driven: Proven ability to meet or exceed targets and quotas.
Compensation:
Retainer: $1500 monthly.
Commission: 20% on sales closed.
OTE: $100,000+/ Uncapped - You can make more if you are really a go-getter.
