For decades, many of us have worked in the largest multinational corporations with great people, using modern technology.
It comes as a shock that management of people potential, performance and engagement is where companies fail to utilize these amazing technologies and keep on wasting human capital, the most important thing for any business.
We were looking for a holistic platform that merges the best of both, people & technology. We could not find one. It didn't exist. Some were outdated, and the recently founded ones with technology background covered just small parts of our needs or didn't meet our expectations.
So we decided to build one ourselves - we call it LutherOne.

Location: East Coast, USA (Remote)
Position Overview: As a Lutherone Sales Executive based on the East Coast, you will play a pivotal role in driving our expansion in the region. We are seeking a candidate with 3-5 years of proven sales experience in a cold outreach environment, ideally with a track record of successfully selling software solutions to HR executives and C-level personas. The ideal candidate is a hunter, someone who thrives in a challenging environment, and refuses to lose when it comes to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct strategic outreach to potential clients in the East Coast region.
- Build and nurture relationships with HR executives and C-level decision-makers.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of Lutherone's software solutions and articulate their value proposition effectively.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through a combination of cold outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to stay informed about product updates and market trends.
- Provide valuable insights into customer needs and preferences to inform product development.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of successful sales experience in a cold outreach environment.
- Proven track record of selling software solutions to HR executives and C-level personas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a "hunter" mentality and a refusal to lose attitude.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Knowledge of HR technology and industry trends is a plus.
