We're currently looking for Business Development Representatives (BDR) to increase a qualified pipeline of new opportunities for our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a track record of successful, credible lead development, follow-up and sales experience at multiple executive levels within medium to large sized organizations.
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
- Outbound messaging and lead qualification
- Meeting acquisition
- Hunter Mentality
- Familiarity with brand marketing a plus
- Strong ability to learn new services, and ramp-up quickly
- Ability to work in high-energy sales team environment as a team player
- Positive and energetic presentation skills, excellent listening skills and strong writing skills
- Quick and efficient with a computer and software programs
- Ability to establish rapport quickly and effectively with prospective clients
Responsibilities:
- Utilize a consistent contact process via phone, email and social media to generate, follow-up and nurture leads
- Prospect, educate and create sales-ready opportunities
- Keep abreast of the industry trends to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and customers
- Follow an established pre-sales process and consistently use Hubspot.com to document prospect interaction, ensuring efficient lead management
- Develop and maintain daily plans to maximize time, including pre-call planning, adhering to metrics and customizing messaging to market segments and prospect type.
