A Day in the Life
As an Account Executive, you will:
- Drive revenue, owning the entire sales cycle through close
- Develop strategies for closing opportunities within your assigned accounts
- Leverage the Rampd sales methodology to uncover customer needs and pain points
- Articulate our value proposition using the appropriate sales qualification
- Manage sales activity and monthly revenue forecasting in Hubspot
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to provide customer feedback
- Conduct highly personalized demos tailored to specific pain points and needs
- Handle and overcome objections by identifying the root cause
- Negotiate and close deals consistently
- Provide an exceptional and customer-centric experience, controlling the buying journey from start to finish

Experience and Expertise
- 1-2 years of account executive and sales experience in SaaS companies
- Experience managing accounts and some experience presenting to C-level or other key decision-makers (training provided)
- A growth mindset and dedication to mastering the art of selling
- Grit and a willingness to do whatever it takes to succeed
- Coachable, taking extreme ownership, and trusting the process
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Positive, Hungry, and Determined (PHD)
- Excellent quantitative, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficient in CRM, PowerPoint, and Excel (training provided)
