At ProfitPathSavings, we're seeking an Account Executive who excels in forging connections, uncovering new business opportunities, and driving growth. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts, managing the complete sales lifecycle and ensuring our clients receive unparalleled value through our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with excellence and attention to detail.
- Business Development: Identify and engage new business opportunities through proactive outreach and strategic networking, expanding our client base and market presence.
- Sales Execution: Lead service demonstrations and presentations that highlight the unique benefits of our solutions, and expertly negotiate contracts to achieve favorable terms and drive revenue growth.
- Customized Solutions: Collaborate with our team of specialists to design and tailor solutions that address specific client challenges and deliver substantial cost savings.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to continuously refine strategies and enhance service offerings.
Qualifications:
- Sales Expertise: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with strong negotiation skills and a strategic approach to business development.
- Relationship Building: Exceptional ability to cultivate and manage client relationships, with a focus on delivering value and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Opportunity Identification: Skilled in identifying new business opportunities and creating innovative strategies to address client needs.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for persuasive presentations and effective interpersonal interactions.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with cost reduction strategies, financial analysis, and market dynamics is highly desirable.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in consulting or financial services is a significant plus.
Compensation
Annual compensation: $132,000 - $153,000 USD and sales commission. The compensation for each professional level is transparent across the organization.
