We’re looking for an Account Executive who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and develop a strong sales team, create sales budgets and KPIs, generate pricing strategies on new and existing products, and hatch new, creative sales channels (among many other things). The ideal candidate will be an expert multi-tasker (we can’t stress this enough), have sharp strategic thinking skills, and understand the importance of under-promising—and over-delivering—on our sales claims. Job Responsibilities:
- Hatch and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
- Develop and manage sales operating budgets, direct sales forecasting activities, and set performance goals.
- Develop and recommend product pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term value.
- Monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities
- Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales programs.
- Direct market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
- Meet with key clients, assisting sales representatives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
- Coordinate between Sales department and all other divisions, and run and manage bi-weekly management meetings.
