JOB DESCRIPTION:
NOQ is seeking a dynamic and goal-driven Sales Development Representative to join the team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for organizing our lead pipeline on HubSpot, connecting with key contacts, reaching out to relevant personas within our ideal customer profile, and developing our pipeline through lead generation tools, affiliates, and research. You will qualify leads, tag and follow the defined sales strategy, book meetings through outbound activities, and hand them over with detailed notes to the sales team. In addition, you will attend sales meetings, work closely with the marketing team to execute curated campaigns, and become an expert in our business, competitors, market, personas and our product offerings. As an SDR you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams for the US and UK to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Pipeline (CRM) organization: Organize the current lead pipeline using HubSpot, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on leads and opportunities.
Key contact engagement: Find and connect with key contacts within target accounts to establish relationships and assess potential opportunities. Reach out to relevant personas within our ideal customer profile.
Lead Generation: Identify potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
Lead qualification: Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and tag them accordingly in the CRM system, following the sales strategy.
Appointment Setting: Utilize outbound prospecting activities to book meetings with qualified leads, providing detailed notes to ensure a smooth handover to the sales team. Confirm scheduled meetings with potential customers and ensure all necessary information is communicated prior to the meeting.
Sales meeting participation: Attend and occasionally take an active role in sales meetings with potential customers, providing support and assistance to the sales team as needed.
Campaign collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to organize and execute curated campaigns aligned with our business objectives and target audience.
Market and product knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our business, competitors, market dynamics, target personas, their pain points, and how our product offerings address them, becoming a trusted and knowledgeable sales representative of the company.
Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics such as lead conversion rates and outreach effectiveness.
Consultative selling: Utilize the acquired knowledge to consultatively sell our solutions to potential customers, providing expert advice and tailored recommendations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Previous experience in a sales development or related role, preferably in the technology industry or a similar sector.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with key contacts and build strong relationships.
- Ability to conduct targeted outreach and connect with the right decision makers.
- Strong lead generation skills and familiarity with lead generation tools and research techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to qualify leads, apply tags, and follow the sales strategy accordingly.
- Collaboration skills to work closely with the marketing team in organizing and executing effective campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and solve problems creatively.
