Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, be a self-starter, and manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to our marketing services
- Qualify leads and identify potential opportunities for our agency
- Schedule appointments and demos for our sales team
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel
- Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in our CRM
- Achieve or exceed monthly targets for calls made, appointments set, and deals closed
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine and improve outreach strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Outbound Sales Specialist, SDR, or similar role in a marketing agency or related field
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to handle objections and close deals
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with B2B sales
- Knowledge of digital marketing services and industry trends
- Proficiency in using tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRMs
- Previous experience working in a remote or freelance capacity
