The Role:
As an Enterprise SDR at PlusPlus, you’ll be instrumental in building relationships with Learning & Development Managers at top tech companies. You will be responsible for creating and qualifying opportunities, delivering Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), and working closely with the Go-To-Market team to close deals. This role is ideal for driven individuals looking to lay the foundation for a rewarding career in SaaS sales.

PlusPlus is a learning platform for knowledge sharing trusted by leading tech companies like Airbnb, Netflix, Shopify, Salesforce, and more. We empower organizations to scale internal knowledge sharing by combining the structure of a Learning Management System (LMS) with the flexibility of a Learning eXperience Platform (LXP). Now, we’re looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our growing team and help bring PlusPlus to more fast-growing tech companies.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Qualify inbound leads and assess fit for PlusPlus.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to set up meetings and progress deals.
- Leverage modern sales tools to track prospects, opportunities, and sales activity.
- Continuously learn and improve through feedback, training, and coaching.
