Position Summary
As an Account Executive at Linx Communications, you will be pivotal in managing client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of products, services & marketing campaigns. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, developing tailored marketing strategies, and overseeing the execution of deliverables from start to finish. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of communication with both clients and internal departments.
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and understanding their business objectives and challenges. Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the production process, addressing inquiries and providing status updates.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies to expand the client base.
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with client goals.
- Project Coordination: Oversee the timely delivery of projects, ensuring they meet budget, scope, and quality standards.
- Client Reporting: Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to clients.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal & external teams (e.g., creative, strategy, production) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Quality Control: Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and company quality standards.
- Problem Solving: Anticipate production challenges and proactively resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring timely delivery.
- Budget Management: Track project costs and work within allocated budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on project status, timelines, and financials to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Client Onboarding: Assist with onboarding new clients, guiding them through the production process, and setting clear expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in account management or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- A passion for marketing and a desire to deliver exceptional results.
- Create briefs, manage tasks, strategic outlines, manage deadlines, budgets, and other AE tasks
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, or similar tools).
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external clients.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing client expectations.
- Digital Marketing is a must
